Alucia Skin — Don't give them your credit card

I have been getting these notifications via email which all direct me and tell me I am getting free coupons for coffee, Tide pods, a check I am owed from 2014, and they all ask me series of questions that lead from one screen or another, that actually take up to about 1/2 hour, and I have yet to get any free samples. It finally comes to a final screen which tells you to pick one of these samples and you can simply try one of these and just pay shipping and handling with your Credit Card. As soon as I received this item in January, I called them up and told them to cancel this right away, because it happened to me before, that it could possibly be one of those scams that send you another one and take the fees out of your card. Sure enough, last week I received another one! I immediately started taking pictures of the box, on the side of the box it clearly states 1x ALUCIA Have a Nice Day! I called the credit card company, and found out that not only did they take $98 from my credit card this month, but 2 days ago I received another box, it remains unopened, and that they also took $98 from my credit card in February as well. I have now had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I am returning the items. When I called the company in January, and yesterday, their personnel argue over the phone, I can give you the item at a rate of 35% off, then it was 50% off, then it was 75%, until I became irate, and demanded a cancellation. They told me they never got a cancellation in January when I first received my “SAMPLE”. For this reason, yes! I feel I have been scammed, and I’m sure many other people have been scammed with these “FREE” coupons for your opinion, thinking your getting free samples for groceries or cleaning products.

If you or your attorney direct any threats towards ComplainsBoard or its owners of this site, then said post will promptly and permanently be placed on our ineligible for arbitration list and the post will be locked forever. Our arbitration removal process is simple and straightforward, some foolish individuals chose other methods in an attempt to get content removed from this site. All of their efforts have failed and all of their arbitration offerings are permanently revoked. These individuals and or their attorneys have stupidly made threats, filed complaints with Google, filed DMCA Takedowns, filed court orders, complained to our web host, demanded or attempted to take legal action against the owners of this site. We have ZERO tolerance for this conduct and you can be assured that any removal attempt will ultimately fail!
Also, we just signed up with a site called legalthreats.com Free Speech site that publishes legal threats and we will be sending all the legal threats we receive to. We will add a link to them shortly. The threats are published and indexed by the person making the threats and by the lawyer or other idiot who has never read Section 230 of the CDA and still wants to bother us with frivolous legal claims. In other words, your threats will cause your name to appear in another site, it’s what some call backfire. Don’t be stupid, you won’t scare us.
If you see the flashing text an alert “Ineligible For Arbitration” on any individual pages or post, then you should know that there is a ZERO chance of the posted content ever being removed. This ultimately means that the content will remain on this site indefinitely and there will be no exceptions.
