We purchased a medical grade compression glove for my 82 year old mom who’s just gone through a mastectomy and lymph node removal. She now has lymphedema. Her doctor pointed us to Ames Walker to purchase a hard to find compression glove. I purchased from Ames Walker website and paid for “USPS First Class Mail”, underneath which it said 3 business days (which doctor said was an acceptable wait for the medical supply, but should not wait longer. I received an email from “Shannon [REDACTED] (not sure if that’s her real name) indicating the shipment would be delayed. After a few back and forth emails, I told Shannon I expect the package to arrive by Wednesday, June 5, 2019 (3 business days after order, which was placed on May 31, 2019). She said that wouldn’t be possible. I finally called Ames Walker and after finding that they didn’t even have the product and that it had to be order from the manufacture (Jobst), I was told they have no idea when it will arrive in their (Ames Walker) warehouse and could not commit any date to me. At that point, I said I want a full refund and that I’d be contacting the [REDACTED] about this – because again, we’re dealing with medical supplies that are crucial to a person’s health. At that point, the customer service rep simply hung up on me. I have no idea if they’re going to issue a refund. This was paid through [REDACTED] Pay, so I contact [REDACTED] and called with Jeremy who logged the issue and has reached out to Ames Walker to make sure they issue the refund. Jeremy said if they don’t, then they may lose their connection to [REDACTED] Pay.

In other words, your threats will cause your name to appear in another site, it’s what some call backfire. Don’t be stupid, you won’t scare us.
