Auburn Cove Apartments — They do not hold true to their word

this apartment has only one way to be contacted, and that is by phone. They do not have a physical office that can be visited. Phone calls are 100% of the time sent to voicemail where they remain for at least two week’s unresponsive. I sent a letter that I was moving out before my lease and have continued paying the rent even though it is financially draining. The landlord, Jodi, though it states in the lease has to refill the unit after we move, has not returned phone calls for potential buyers. She also has not returned my damage deposit even though the paperwork states 21 days from the move-out date. I have called about this, and she says vocally that it stays with the unit until the lease is up. Papers are legally binding, not her words. I was also required to turn in my keys. Though I am still paying rent for it, the keys are with them and I have no proof that they did not rent it out to someone else and they are now collecting from both of us. They do not hold true to their word, and conduct business in a completely unprofessional way. I would like to know what my money is paying for, where the money I am supposed to receive back is, and why she is turning away all of the new renters I have found on my own to fill the unit and get out of the lease so I am not homeless from being bankrupt.

The threats are published and indexed by the person making the threats and by the lawyer or other idiot who has never read Section 230 of the CDA and still wants to bother us with frivolous legal claims. In other words, your threats will cause your name to appear in another site, it’s what some call backfire. Don’t be stupid, you won’t scare us.
