I purchase a AC of blue star from flipkart which is delivered on 13.08.2021 and they send the technician for installation and he demand the extra money which not legal. technician tell me that if i buy the copper from them then it is 800 rs/mtr and i provide them my own pipe then he will charge with 300/mtr. Which not shown on flipkart and i refuse the installation and when i call to flipkart they tell me that this is not legal the technician ask for extra money which not in our policy you don’t pay. next day they allow me for installation from local technician and the ten days replacement policy is valid. After installation i face some issue in H-swing feature and the flipkart technician come for inspection but during his work the blower is damaged by him..then i again talk to flipkart and they approved my replacement and the replacement done. But now they tell me you have to pay the installation charge again. First time they tell me that the installation done free of cost. And its almost one month complete but my ac is not installed by flipkart and i pay appx.40000 rs for AC and first installation. now they tell me that if you want then we refund you the AC amount but i ask what about my installation charges. But they refuse both the FOC installation and complete refund. but i want the complete refund and the compensation for me of mentally disturb from one month.
