Hello, This is to inform that a private courier company by the name Jetline Couriers Pvt Ltd, head office located at Patna, at the time of receiving the courier lied to the customer (from whom I had placed an order) to be dispatched at a pin code clearly mentioned in the address. I wasn’t informed by either the courier company nor the sender that the delivery location is out of service zone and on the day of receiving the courier one delivery person called to inform me that they don’t have service to my village (where currently I’m staying). After waiting for more than a week I was told that they couldn’t deliver and I have to receive from a distance of 60 kms (Chapra office). When I raised the complaint to the sender he told me that they could deliver to a place named as Saraiya which is again an hour distance from here. I also tried to talk to the customer care but they didn’t file any complaint and asked me to talk to the head office. I tried to talk to the head office and they were reluctant to deliver at my location. Therefore, I request to the concerned person to take appropriate step to curb such motivation of keeping the customer in ignorance and misleading with wrong information. Thanks
