VI is running a scam, they are calling there customer from no like this. And after picking up the phone they are sending a text on the same number saying you have activated some VAS service and deducting money from our main account balance without our concern. Today I have faced the same issue, they called me on my VI number ([Protected]) and after picking up the call it was an IVR call so I disconnected it immediately. Suddenly I received a text msg from VI saying some service are activated on my number and the have deducted some money from my main account balance when I called there customer care to complain, they said no issue sir, we are refunding your money. Why do we have to face this harassment? My Question is 1.Why VI calling us form numbers like this Why they are deducting our money from main account balance without our concern. Who have given them this permission. What if this was happen to my family members who are not so advanced to check msg and call customer care? Why we have to be harrassed by calling VI customer care and wasting our time, who are pathetic by the way, some days back some agent from VI abused me on call but they haven’t taken any step while I complain. They are running a very big scam by looting innocent people money and M sure some call centers are helping there clients by doing such scam. I want justice for all the VI customers.
