Urologist ordered me to have in/out disposable catheters. The doctors office set me up with 180Medical, forwarded all my information and insurance etc;. I didn’t hear from them within 24 hours so I finally called. They were polite and verified all my info and offered to upgrade the catheters to a better product than what was suggested by the doctor. I agreed, whatever. I have to have them because they only sent me home with 2 day supply. The salesman said he would have to overnight my order. I agreed, I really need them or Im in trouble. The salesman told me that I would have to give him a credit card number before he could send the order or partial order. I told him I had insurance but he said he can’t send them without a credit card number. I didn’t have one, so They said the only thing they can do is send me some samples, and it would be 3 or 4 days before I would get the samples. Anyways, 180Medical left me in a bind. I feel so sorry for all those elderly people with serious health issues that have to deal with 180Medical because they couldn’t care less except for the $$$$$.
