1st Source Bank New Jersey Review

1St Source Bank , made me feel raped and violated. I am suing 1st Source Bank for malicious interference with contractual relations. It is my opinion that 1st Source Bank purposely tried to destroy my business. 1st Source Bank lowered my borrowing limit in 2013, just 6 weeks or so after renewing my line to 2 million dollars, based on false information provided by a competitor. 1st Source bank didnu2019t investigate the claim with me but instead lowered the my borrowing limit by $1 million. Then shortly after , my line was completely yanked. The credit limit was lowered without explanation. A tape-recorded phone call with bank employee William Fazioli, revealed to me that one of my competitors had contacted the bank and alleged that Execu-Ride was closing its locations and selling its building. The bank made no investigation of the claim with me but instead first, froze my line then lowered my borrowing limit by $1 million. Recorded call lawsuitpressrelease.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/2013-08-23-15-05-001-recording.wav When I began negotiating with other lenders to buy all the vehicles on the 1st Source Bank line, 1st Source backtracked and initiated negotiations to again extend credit to me again as 1st source now had a copy of the recorded conversation with Fazioli. However, as a condition, the bank asked me to release them from any and all liability to that point and agree to not call any bank employees or representatives as witnesses in any future litigation. I refused to agree to 1st Sourceu2019s release terms, the bank then foreclosed on the remainder of my credit line and filed a lawsuit against me, Execu-Ride and the banks it was negotiating with to replace 1st Source Bank. In my opinion, 1st Source Bank did this as they knew I was going to sue them for their conduct. I asked for payoffs and title copies to fund the vehicles elsewhere but they ignored me and failed to provide what I needed to fund the vehicles. As I stated above, they chose to try to prevent me from completing any transaction and sued my other lenders in an attempt to destroy me. 1St Source Bank has made me feel raped. I did indeed pay the line off way back in 2014. But guess what… 1st Source refused to release the UCC filings they had even though it was a condition to release those UCC filings upon payoff. 1st Source just released those UCC filings on September 18, 2015. Yes, just a month ago, more malice. This also is proof of intentional interference. In depositions backed by emails, 1st Source Bank account manager Richard Lewis who worked closely on my account admits that 1st Source Bank was u201cheavy-handedu201d in its dealing with Execu-Ride. He also confirmed that the bank u201creacted to some rumorsu201d about Execu-Ride and did this despite Execu-Ride living up to its agreements with the bank. See attched Rick lewis deposition. lawsuitpressrelease.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Richard-Lewis-deposition.pdf Christopher Craft contridicted himself in his depositions. The better word is he lied. Christopher Craft has told many lies during this process. Craft, just this week, once again gave a misleading, false statement to the auto rental news. My opinion, he is the banks puppet. The banks law firm, May Lorber Oberfell has a paralegal/legal assistant, Lu Anne Thompson, she actually tried to get information from me, directly! Lu Anne Thompson emailed me directly. Not too sure, but I believe it is not legal conduct for the defendants law firm to contact me at all, maybe that’s why the contact was made through a personal email. Sneaky.
