In ordering the product 10/19, with high expectations I didn’t receive the product for 7 business days 10/26/2017. I tried the product as described on the label with no results for a few days and because of no results I called to cancel on 11/03/2017. The customer service representative kept trying to give me discount after discount with no prevail. So, I had to call again to make sure the product was cancelled 11/09/2017 in which the customer service rep again tried to give me discount after discount. What kind of business are you running? On your advertisement you offer a 14 day trial period to find out that the 14 days start when you order the product not when you receive the product. How is that 14 day trial period when it takes when it takes 7 days to receive it. That is not part of a trial. Again, What kind of Business are you running? Discounts to Push products that don’t work? I expect a full refund of both products and I will gladly return what I haven’t used.
