Complaint: I ordered some items of off the 3S Warehouse website on 1 May 2016. I talked with the owner several times to inquire about my items being shipped. He reassured me that he was going to send them out that day or the next. It is now 5 August 2016 and I have still not received my items. I try to call the owner and now he does not respond to calls or emails from me. I don’t get any updates about when, or if my items will be shipped. I’m really frustrated as I see people on the forums that I converse with getting their items from him. I spent over $200 on items that should have only taken a week to get to my house from the time the order was processed. This is unsatisfactory and bad for business.
