Found an online offer for a cosmetic especially selected for me for $10.00 +s&h because Macy’s was closing numerous stores. Billed me $103.00+ dollars for product. Sent second shipment of product. Canceled it told them would not accept delivery, and was told that would be an unauthorized return. Informed representative I was going to call my credit card and deny charge. There was no paperwork or any info that I could find informing me of these charges before I ordered. I LOOKED! Called the customer service number, offered me 50% off second shipment, and too bad about the first. I told them the box was unopened and I would send it back. They would not authorize a return shipment. Finally got a Alex Thompson ID #2747 to agree to elevate my complaint. If the higher ups are willing to allow me to return both products they will get back to me in 24hours.
