Complaint: I pre-ordered a Funko Pop item for a Christmas gift, well in advance of the holiday, and was assured that they would have it in a few weeks. Here it is the middle of April, still haven’t received it, and they refuse to refund my money! They say something about their providers or whatever not having shipped it yet, but I don’t believe it. I preordered some of the other characters of the same line from other dealers, and in fact ordered the exact same item, and had them within a few days, proving that the item had been released. Never did they contact me to let me know that they wouldn’t be able to deliver; I always had to contact them. They offer me a store credit, but I refuse to take it for two reasons: 1. This is on them, not on me. If I had just changed my mind, they would be justified in not giving a refund. 2. Why on earth would I want to do business with them again? As far as I’m concerned, these people are no better than thieves They have, in effect, stolen my money. Nothing could induce me to deal with them again, once I get my money!
