Complaint: I purchase a 2004 nissan quest from Bloomingdale auto on Sat dec 9th, 2017, This particular day it was snowing an cold. after spending almost 3hrs on they site, I went home. realized the Speedometer starts at 30mph. I am aware that they office is closed on Sunday so i waited to Monday to contact them. i made several calls starting at 9am, no answer so i sent a text message to Omar which is a gentleman that works at bloomingales. i asked what time do the office open he stated at 9am, but he is off today. i called office back which was a little after 10am. i spoke to a man named luis i stated the reason why i am calling. he said give me your name & number i will contact my boss an call you back in 15mins. i never received that call. i now called several times after that no 1 answered my call. i started texting omar back stating my reason for calling he claimed that he was going to look into it. i also asked about the 3mth warranty that i was promised. Omar said it is active. i called the car protection customer service which they stated, Bloomingdale auto have not submitted the applicaton with payment, that was the 2nd red flag. Tuesday dec 13th 2017 i drive up to bloomingdale office which is a 1hr drive to fix my speedometer, Omar sends me to a mechanic in Paterson,Nj whom said he cant fix it, he told them that. 3rd red flag. all i wanted to do is purchase a bigger vehicle for my kids, plus i am expecting at the moment so my emotions is on sky high.
