BRADLEY Caledonia Michigan Review

My dad hired Bradley Company parent company from South Bend Indiana to sell, lease and refinance my dads properties in April 2011 and Bradley Company Never put the Listings on MLS Service which they had many signed listing agreements and took all the information on my dads properties to refinance his loans, such as rent rolls, income and expense statements, information on properties ect. and worked with my dads bank and bought the note from my dads bank after putting my dad in harms way with my dads bank by not selling, leasing, or refinancing any of my dads properties that bradley was hired for which forced my dad into recievership and out of business. Bradley companies affiliate company took title to my dads properties being a realtor to sell, lease and refinance my dads properties without my dads written permission which stripped my dad of over $20 Million in assets he worked over 35 years for. Our company contacted owners Bradley Toothaker and his son Brice Toothaker and his manager John Mundell III has done this to other property owners and has had to pay over hundreds and thousands of dollars of damages and Bradley hired Mundell to strip my dads assets knowing Mundells past just for the almighty dollar. This is not right NOW BRADLEY IS MARKETING MY DADS PROPERTIES FOR SALE AND LEASE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THEIR COMPANY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE THE WORST KIND OF PEOPLE OUT THERE
