Complaint: Got a car from Drive Time in 2011. I’ve paid a car off with them and thought I would get another car from them. Little did I know Drive Time changed there management and there customer service. Was very pleased with them before but this new staff is terrible. I was 1 day late with my payment they blew my phone up threatening to take my car. The car broke down after the first month and there warranty didnt cover the procedure so I had to come out of pocket $600.00 and they still wanted a car payment. After fighting with them they finally let me defur my payment for 3 payments. I financed my car for 5 years to find out it’s really 6 years. They lied about that. Now because of so many reports Drive Time changed there Name to Bridge Port and still giving same terrible customer service and keep ripping people off.
