Complaint: We bought a 2016 six seat electric car/golf cart from the manufacturer of CitEcar in late December, 2015. It was shipped directly to Texas from South Carolina. It burned up 3 motors in less than 6 months. They sent us a motor after the initial one burned and it lasted 2 days before burning up. The motor they sent after that burned up last week. The car has only gone 2500 miles at slow speeds on flat surfaces. It has been driven as a parking lot shuttle by 3 experienced drivers. No water, or user error is invloved as can be documented by the car’s controller/computer codes and the many witnesses to the daily usage routine. CitEcar refuses to accept responsibility for this defective product. We asked after the first and the second and the third failure if we could just get a refund and they take the car back. All of these requests were denied. Yesterday – the snarky and childish response they gave us was: “no take backs”” We have photos of the burned motors and a chronological list of the emails and phone calls that we sent to inquire about car problems

Address: request help and attempt resolution. We have contact info for the repair facility that worked on the car every time it burned up motors. We paid $10
Website: and lied to about the operational reliability and range of the car. This car is 100% unreliable. We have paid for all of the time and labor while a repair facility was instructed
Phone: 588 for this car and it has continuously failed. In Texas there are laws to protect consumers against deceptive trade practice and fraud. We were lied to about parts covered by this very limited and worthless warrenty
