Complaint: I had my 2012 BMW 650I washed at this location on Sunday 1-29-2017. After having my car washed, dried, and completed I looked it over and left. The car had been completed in the shade under their covered service area. After getting to the restaurant I was headed to, I got out of my car to notice I had scratches from the front bumper to the bank bumper on both sides from top of doot to bottom of door sill. They will not buff out and it appears my car went through the car wash with not enough water or the water was not working on the side brushes. This is totally unacceptable. As the car wash was closed, I took it back the next day only for the manager to act surprised that this could ever happen at his car wash. They offered to buff the car for free, but that’s all they could do. Tey even told me when I called coporate the next day that they really felt I was lying and didn’t believe the damage happened at their car wash. I drive a $100,000 car and believe me I keep it perfect. Everyone at the car wash knows me and how particular I am. Nonetheless, I now have to file the damage with my insurance company, pay the $1000 deductible, and hopefully sue the car wash or have my insurance company go after them for the damages it cost me out of pocket. I would strongly advise against going to this location or any other under this company. If damage happens you can rest assure they will not accept responsibility nor help with repairs Customer beware!
