I purchased a new card when my old one was stolen on jan 2 at 6 pm. They said five to ten days. I never recieved it. i called several times after 7 days. to no avail and no help from custimer service except to say they can send another but will charge me again. I wait a few more days. Still no card. Call again. After 11 days. No answer for me again. After 14 days I finally order another card expedited, because as a ssi recipient how can I be expected to survive another 14 days with no card, and ask a supervisor if I can get a refund. He says soon as my card comes in to call and ask for ticket put in for the fees. I call when the card comes and they refuse to refund more than the $4 replacement card. Good customer service would have covered the ups charge they forced me to have to pay when they never sent the original card. They have no record of the card being sent, Only issued. And this is how they justify no responsibility. I’m going w n******** (((REDACTED))) again. They may have a bit more fees but omg at least customer service is much better!
