i paid for a year of auto insurance at once and yet 8 months later i keep getting bills trying to get more money out of me. customer service was no help. they dont even send me a normal bill, just one day i check my mail and there is a past due notice saying they will cancel my insurance in 3 days if i dont pay more money. there is zero explanation of why i owe more and even once they realized its there fault they would not immediately reinstate my policy. dont be fooled by their affordable internet quote, they will never stop trying to squeeze you for more money. cant understand how its even legal
