I have a right to my opinion of my experience with this company and it is as follows : In my opinion they are highly unprofessional.. In my experience these people have Not helped me to sleep better instead they are a NIGHTMARE.. To me i tlooks like They are only interested in Money and expanding their business. In fact,the owner used many ways —- to personally belittle and disrespect me. it had nothing to do with sleep! Look, they are supposed to be the professionals.not me. When I protested at this, he Blamed me. This is unprofessional in my opinion. They say they care but to me, it seems that neither owner cares ,I have bought hundreds of dollars of supplies from them for years and always felt that I was less than a customer. Devalued and unimportant. I had that feeling in the beginning ,They were always rushed and they continually complained about how little money they were making. Aside from this I have learned I could buy the same thing online at half the price. I have been a customer when they first began,both partners— and it became obvious To me that all they care about is money. In my observations, if one does not have private insurance ,and they cannot bleed the government for money,they are not interested in helping anyone. This has been my eperience . Sleep apnea is private and in my experience and opinion , they saw dollar signs NOT the desire to be compassionate to people— especially elderly people! in fact ,their office manager has yelled at me ,threatened me with bogus monetary charges and was rude. And I am the client. They did NOT ever try to follow up on MY recent sleep machine as stated on their on their website,,,,When I had questions ,I had to try to get my own information and they did not like that. I have had to chase them to get any answers . Once their equipment was sold to me ,I had a complaint and they acted like I was a complete bother. in fact ,they acted like they might lose some Money trying to satisfy my complaint. I found this to be an attitude of GREED . my experience has been: -respiratory therapists who are mostly unavailable (to me) – cruel and judgemental statements made personally to me by the owner– -outrageous inflated costs for masks and equipment -a poor attitude by both owners -very rude office manager who personally directed her anger towards me. -long wait times. This has been my experience with this company and these people. The owners act like children when a person tries to assert their rights as a human being and then they have tried to turn it around to blame me. For me it has been a Truly an awful experience that I do not want anyone else to endure .I wish people to be very aware of my experience. I am still left with sleep issues that they have stated they dont want to help with. How is this of service to a long standing customer? No one should be subject to verbal abuse ,as a client of theirs ,this has been what I have suffered. Shame on this company . In my opinion ,go anywhere else but here for help with sleep apnea.
