this past summer of 2014 after buying my first home I had an encounter with a new tell her at the drive thru. I reported this incident as she over the speaker or everyone can hear your her… I’m saying hello she asked me if I was fraudulently and illegally signing my husband’s name on a check that he had written to me. That was just the beginning… It went on to her calling my husband not asking for any verification and just hang and watch the on the check he was obviously livid. I myself was embarrassed. So the next time I got a survey and I did contact Eastern directly I just had to thing to do since I have not heard back from regional after talking to corporate about the situation. I wanted to send some documentation on fraud charges that were made on our account. Never got to that I was under the impression that this person was a branch manager to the way they spoke to me and spoke at me I should say. This person took a anonymous survey that I had fill out online. This person persecuted me because I had lost my passport there they had called me on a daily basis I never got any messages. Just do the claims he made… When I say he yelled at me in front of all of his employees saying that I put them in jeopardy of losing their jobs. That these services don’t just count against that one person they count against everybody. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise I was so shocked that this person was treating me with such disrespect and such unprofessionalism and nothing has been done about it. I left it alone now I called a report I thought it would be taken care of absolutely not. This person had taken money out of my account sending me receipts and pencil 9 days later without authorization.. I mean honestly I’m worried for my financial stability. I do not think this person should be in charge nor running on or tired or the employee of anything of any sort. Hopefully no social skills no customer service no nothing never did I get to feel this was one of Arts and that of course is everyone should know if you’re up for it or fraudulent charge it shows up on your account do it can you get 30 days. My husband work as a FedEx driver so obviously I had to go in for him and get the things done go back. You know after calling off corporate Nessie the statute of me they were so nice. What happened when the regional about the information I don’t know so I can call me. I am pursuing this as of today and I just wanted to be known to everyone that this person jeans for you is a horrible representation of your company, the community, and just mean plain mean if I like I was 12 getting yelled at by Principal. this man treated me so horribly that I myself have nothing in the bank except for the one time I had to go into two an account if you. I called up and I talked to another employee but I think is amazing and I don’t think neither him or the other color Pat and I love she actually renting out the checks and I bought my house. Now that is customer service that is acting like you care not acting like a Dad at the tell her and calling out a seven year veteran of your company…? I just don’t understand they tried to explain her rudeness as being a boy from another branch and they did things differently over there well guess what. Apparently now when you get hired from one room to another and you relocate for whatever reason I guess you get to bring all the things with you and doesn’t matter even if its rudeness. So apparently its spread over there the only person and person I am talking that is Amanda the color blonde probably 20 years if that and this is has nothing to do with age. And of course this the manager sorry assistant manager who I thought was a branch manager and reported him as such that’s the reason I’m going to continue my completely relevant important and concerning clean and go ahead and call corporate again. Thanks for reading guys I’d love to anyone else is feedback if they’ve had any experience due to the manager is flashing you know but its not bad. This guy was absolutely ,inappropriate, rude, and lost to my husband and I customers trust. Because my money is in and need them to know exactly what was done and said I have a backup plan in place that but I’d love to hear more if there are mhonest service keep your opinions to yourself unless you can call So much for an honest service keep your opinions to yourself unless you can call corporate!!!
