ECS Memphis Tennessee Review

A gentleman named Carl Evans has called me several times and left messages with me and he has called my family memers leaving messages that he was trying to contact me so that he could serve me papers. He claim I owe a debt. He claims I have “officially been served”” on my voicemail. He has called my family member and informed them that I owe a debt and they need to serve me and he wanted my family member to give him my addr. He states he has addresses on me and he will be serving me and i have exausted all oppurtunities to contact them and further actions will be taken against me. he has called my work and left the same message with my employer. In the message he asked what the protocol was to officially service one of their employees. This is just harrassment!!! He also leaves a case number and states he has an order in his office and he is charging me. I called the number he left back and spoke to a lady and I was trying to gt her to tell me who this debt was for. She just said a cash company

I told her I do not own any cash adcvance company and the last one i owed they took the money from my account. She stated that I am being charged with fraud along with several other charges. I stated this must be some kind of mistake. she said it was back in 2010. I do not owe this debt and wish they would stop harrassing me and my family.”
