On April 27 they charged my credit card $7.90. For trial on two brain vitamins. Please note the vitamins read: Natural Health Product and it reads Canadian. It took a while to receive the trial. I received them on or about May 11th. On Friday May 13, I received an email notification from the credit card company advising of two charges on May 12th totaling $ 169.92. I was really angry since I did not have a chance to try the vitamins; did not even opened them. The credit card company provided me with their customer assistance two numbers but it’s impossible to connect with them. It just kept ringing and received no answer. These are the numbers: 1-647-362-5665; 1-905-525-0915. Since I was unable to communicate with them. I checked their website and called their sales # which is 1-888-255-1750. When I mentioned the reason for my call, that I wanted an RMA to return the merchandise, I got a dial tone. That was on Friday, the 13th of May. On Saturday, the 14th of May I called again. This time I was able to leave a voice message. On Sunday, the 15th I received a call from: Anonymous. It was them. I asked for a cancellation and an RMA #. They said they were unable to do so because it was a trial for 15 days. I said but I just received they merchandise this is not right. Since I did not have the merchandise in my posesion for 15 days. The answer to this was: The fifteen days try out starts on the date the merchandise is ordered. I said this seem to me to be a rippoff. I also said I am not paying for it. After- according to him- he consulted with his supervisor, he offered to credit my account $100.00. I said I do not think that is fair. That’s where we left it.
