Los Angeles California Review

Mediocre Service ! By all means stay away from these herd of idiots & jerks. I sent them a purchase loan for my client who purchased their 1st home in Los Angeles. They took for ever almost 2 months they kept giving us the run a round they kept saying they needed to get investor approval. I sent them ALL the complete documenation 3 times and they still kept asking for it. My client had excellent fico’s 740, 10% Down Convetional, Full Doc,Owner Occupied. SFR and they gave us HELL my seller was ready to throw the towel we had to extend escrow for several times. The part-timer loan officer Craig Cho whom I deal from begining to end does NOT return calls from 8-2:00 p.m. has a part time job good luck if you need to solve a URGENT matter you’re on your own. I been doing loans for 22yrs. and never have experienced such a s***** service. Loan processors and underwriters don’t know what their doing. It’s people like this that give this industry a BAD name & reputation. They operate VERY suspicious if you call their office they will not pick the answering service won’t even release the extesion number of the party you’re trying to reach. If you’re trying to resolve any issue with Andrea Park (714) 813-8982 CEO good luck she will sit on her A** and do nothing to resolve it. They should be called GOTSCUMM.CO Scummy People =Scummy Company It’s only a matter of time before they’re shut down. Unhappy Realtor
