homes.com MD – Maryland Review

Signed up with homes.com after a great salespitch at a Statewide Realtor Conference. They promised me 130 leads a month for their basic 6 month contract of $99 per month. Sounded amazing and I signed up. Their contract they sent me a few days later is long and far less specific about what they will deliver since they are apparently NOT in the business of providing leads. I have now chatted with their sales people at several trade shows, and it is “leads leads leads””

while the follow up contract is vague about exactly what you sign up for. In short

homes.com will advertise you on their website

and promise nothing more. On the phone and in person

it is about helping you make money and gettting you buyers
