Complaint: I had the worst experience ever! There was sweet car deal that they sold right from under me. I spoke directly to Tony Balter and he said he made a business decision. I was communicating with my salesman constantly but no one communicated that there was someone who was interested in the vehicle that I working with a salesman on for two days. The message here is a bird in the hand beats two in the bush. Othefr comments state that they are more willing and eager to make a cash sell due to the area that they service. I can sense that in the attitude of the management, while the saleman try to represent a different culture. Leadership comes from the top down. I received an insincere apology and the brush off. I am amazed that anyone does customers like this. I spoke with the General Manager James Astuno who held the company line and gave me a bunch of mumbo jumbo about we are in the business of selling cars which I can respect, but cannot respect screwing people over, dismissing them, talking over them while they are expressing their concerns and all along never even asking me if I would be interested in another car. Really I would be a fool for spending my money with these sharks. I was only willing to travel an hour and a half and pull my ace in the hole consigner for the best deal in the world, not some crumbs they try to throw me after they have abused me as a customer and try to sell me a car for the terms I am already approved for that I don’t want. Giving new meaning to the words Customer Service. I’m am strictly getting the business period.
