Complaint: In July 2016 I purchased via leadermobility.com a Cadence Mobility Scooter and paid with my credit card 1,600. I first inquired about return policies and was told that if I did not like it I had to return it at my expense, to which I agreed. What convinced me to trust this company was their 30 day money back guarantee and the stellar reviews thay publish on their website. When the scooter arrived a few days later, I immediately realized it was not going to fit my needs as the ride was very shaky and I was worried about it not keeping me in balance. It felt as if this Cadence Scooter was going to tip at any moment. I returned the scooter and paid out of pocket to have it shipped back from California to Arizona. Bottom line, it has been well over 30 dys and I have yet to see my refund. I have contacted the company several times over the phone and via email and have never recieved a response. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and both the Attorney General in California and Arizona. Please stay away from this company. Their merchandise is potentially dangerous and their business practices are illegal and unethical.
