I placed an order in late December, and on January 1st, following one of their payment options, sent an image of a money order in the amount of the order. This was never acknowledged. It it now February 11th, I have not received my order. I’ve emailed them several times, first asking if my payment was received (about two weeks after sending it and beginning to get concerned that my order hadn’t arrived, since my first order arrived in less than a week). I was told then that they had received my money and that my order had shipped on January 10. I then wrote back asking about how long I should expect it to take for an order to arrive from Mexico to Texas and was told three to five days.I have since sent several emails asking what the procedure is to report a lost shipment and how do they plan to resolve this issue. To those emails I have received ZERO replies. It’s as if they have dropped off the face of the earth.I am very disappointed. I was looking forward to being able to order on a regular basis for my medication. Now it appears I will have to shop elsewhere, because they are definitely NOT reliable.
