National Recovery Abington Massachusetts Review

NRA, as they call themselves, has been calling my home throughout the day, every day, for about a month now. They have never called before, and stated that I owed a bill to a mail-in pharmacy from back in 2009. I have no acct there, but was told I do. Five years had passed (apparently). I am now looking into that. I pay my debts. My complaint about National Recovery is the way in which I was treated. When I told them I knew what Express Scripts was (my mother-in-law was a member and I take care of her medication orders) the man on the line actually said to me “Hm

I was taken aback that you knew what that was — why would you know that?””. Apparently

only a liar would know the Express Scripts was a mail order company. Well

I ask that he not keep calling and that I will look into it (He refused to look into because that was not his job). I told him my dad had just passed and that the calls are very harrassing and upsetting. Apparently I am considered a liar

he did scoff at that statement. He also that he will continue to call all the time until my ‘debt’ is paid. I believe that is harrassment and am confused as to what my next step should be. I will report him to NRA and to the atty general of Massachusetts. This is my home and I have the right not to be phoned and treated poorly. I was crying
