I placed an order for one inflatable lounger on Dec. 14, 2016 (as a present for my 68-year old mother). The money was charged instantly. Christmas came and went, no product. I contacted the seller inquiring where the product was and got a BS reply – working overtime, the unexpectedly high volume of orders, will send shortly etc. I wrote back saying that if I didn’t get it by Jan. 4, they needed to cancel my order, as I don’t actually live at that address or in the country. I was staying at a rental place over Xmas and NYE and needed it shipped there by the time I left or not at all. On Jan. 5, as I was on the way to the airport, I got a notification that the product was shipped! When it arrived at the place where I no longer was, I had to ask neighbors for favors to have it Returned to Sender. When the package finally reached the sender, I asked again where my refund was, was told 5-7 business days. 5-7 business days came and went, no refund. After about 20-30 absolutely pointless emails, I submitted a PayPal claim and sure enough, the money was returned. On March 6, 2017. One week shy of 3 months, no product, and excruciating customer service. This was nothing but a gigantic waste of time. They are a terrible terrible company. Please don’t order from them.
