Complaint: i ordered a part based on both a specific part number and providing my VIN for compatibilty. They ignored both and shipped the wrong part. I then ordered again, this time paying double to choose a part where it had already been removed from the car and included a photograph. Several business days pass without the part even being assigned a tracking number, much less shipped. Meanwhile, I run into a nightmare return process on the first part. They impose a contorted return process that forces the buyer to use a dropbox-like service to store photos with a third party, then provide a link to those photos to PartsMarket. Except the PartsMarket software won’t accept the links, which they later acknowledge as a flaw in their own system (but make no effort to resolve). After finally getting the refund request submitted, it has been ignored. In the end I have just filed a complaint with my credit card company and had the charges reversed. STAY AWAY from these shysters.
