Hello! I started working with this service called Paxum one month ago. I dind’t actually make any withdraw by now, of course I’ve tried to do that on March 26th. I paid a 50 USD fee for a fast wire transfer to my bank account, my money supposed to be in my account in 3 working days, we are in April 6th and still didn’t receive the money. They keep telling they changed the bank – which is not my problem -, that they didn’t receive a confirmation for my outgoing wire transfer – they don’t tell me confirmation from who – but they will inquire with the bank about my transfer – what bank? -. anyway I kept calling on the phone number that provided as 24/24 service but all their agents are the entire time busy so they ask me to let a voice mail which I did, over and over again. They do answer on my tickets via email but they never say anything clear. So now from my back account are missing 650 USD and the 50 USD fee, oh! of course they sent me a coupon instead of the 50 USD fee to use it on the next transfer. So this is my experience with Paxum.
