My pool was built at the end of 2015. The pool equipment that was used was all Pentair products. I have had nothing but issues with all of the equipment. The sweeper, called a Racer, fell apart and had to be repaired numerous times. Reviews online show most all customers of this product have the same issue. The Pentair company did replace the first one under warranty after a BBB claim. Then the new one fell apart the same way and they will not replace it or repair it, as the warranty from the first one is now expired. Bad business practice. Also, I have gone through 3 booster pumps for the sweeper, three pressure switches, a chlorine feeder, about 12 wall adapters that just crack and break due to bad designs, a main filter pump, and other Pentair products. Pentair is nothing but junk. I had a rep come out twice, ‘promised’ that they would take care of bad products as long as I was a customer, then went back on all of his promises. Bad, bad, bad, lying customer service.
