Complaint: I bought in 2013 a new camaro and bought the autonation tire and wheel service contract, which is underwritten by safeguard products international LLC. On April 7 2016 i brought the car to autonation because i had 3 tires that had slow leaks. I was told someone from safeguard had to check the tires first. At the end of the day I was not given a response. The next day I was told the inspector came and could only authorize 1 tire to be replaced. The reasoning was the other 2 tired was “cosmetic””..I dont know how slow leaks on tires are cosmetic. they are just trying to get out of their contract. When I went to pick up the car. The tire was not replaced

Address: I was told the tire was coming from California and they would let me know when it was delivered. As i got into my car I noticed the tires werent even filled with air!!! Iam waiting now for the call to get one tire replaced
