Complaint: Absolutely worst customer service that I have experienced. Ordered side rails online, was notified that they were on at least 3 weeks backorder. I was given option to cancel the order and receive a full refund. They didn’t refund my money. I received an email 3 weeks later alerting me that FEDEX was going to deliver my order. I called customer service, asked to reroute the order to avoid having to return the 90 lbs package and they assured me it would be taken care of. The following Monday, I receive my cancelled order. I called again, asked for them to send a call tag and refund my money, they agreed and apologized. It’s 5 days later, no call tag, no refund. Amazingly incompetent company, with obviously little or no supervision to prevent this sort of thing from happening. How people stay in business with this sort of customer experience is a mystery to me.
