TD BANK Pennsylvania Alabama Review

I was the custodian to my daughter’s checking account at TD bank. When my daughter turned 18, she took full ownership of the account. After over two years incident free, this December, TD bank started charging her ridiculous overdraft fees. Not only are these actions questionable, as I understand it, banks are required to offer an option to opt out of overdraft protection. When we spoke to the acting bank manager (Linda is all we know for sure, as far as her name) informed us that she was automatically enrolled in the overdraft protection program.
