Washington Federal Mesa Arizona Review

Last year, my wife and I decided to try to get a loan to buy a house. We offered to put down 40% of the price. After two dozens humiliating rejections under the pretext that we had no credit score because we had never used credit cards, an obscure business form Seattle, WA under the name u201cWashington Federalu201d offered a loan under very humiliating conditions which we rejected. We had offered to open an account with them and gave a woman by the name Lisa Dewy $200. One day later, we changed our mind and asked for our money back. Lisa Davey refused to return the money. Instead, she forged my wife’s signature, opened an account on our names and sent a debit card on my name. I asked for our money back, twice, in writing and very politely. She refused to return our money. Two hundred dollars is very much money for us as we live on very limited income. I decided to use 4-letter words to force her to return the money. She sent a lawyer to the AZ Supreme Court who lied claiming that I threatened her. They obtained a restraining order. That lawyer proved to be a very despicable human being. I went to the small claims court and asked for help paying $55. He moved the case to the AZ Supreme Court and asked for thousands of dollars. He tried to intimidate me to pay them big money. After more than seven months they gave up. Out of the $200, we recovered only $120. Also worth mentioning is that they sent a detective from the Mesa, AZ police after me who tried to intimidate me. I asked him, in writing, if he were going to do anything about Lisa Davey’s forging my wife’s signature. He responded without answering the question. I asked, in writing again, why he was not willing to do anything about people who break the laws. This time, he did not bother to respond. The lawyer’s name is John Fry. Fearing for my life, I will not make public the police office’s name. No, I am not African American.
