wells fargo tiffin Ohio Review

talked to a customer rep that stated i could get a forbearance for my auto loan during the month of december….. Work has slowed down some, and with the holidays and normal bills and every day expence’s i did not have the extra money for this loan payment as i was told i could just do a forbearance and continue as normal on my january payment. Well so far that has been a lie! countless phones calls, rude customer service rep, actually twisting around my information i have given them into actually telling me it’s my fault for providing for my family on christmas… I did get one customer rep who gave me the ok on the forbearance on the 28th of december and went ahead and paid them the 25.00 fee to complete it but on 12-31-15 i got another phone call stateing im behind on my loan, i need to pay it, it’s my fault, they told me no prior to this, i owe them money etc etc etc… And i even had one of the customer rep applaud me to never having a late payment and perfect loan history until now…. I will never trust in a loan company again and cannot wait to pay off this auto loan, if this is the way these liars opperate a business…… the last customer rep was very rude, twisted every word i said around and i kept demanding a supervisor which i eventually got but said he would have to look into this and let me know….
