This is a dishonest company. I have been using them for a couple of years, and mostly the transactions have been without problems u2013 until the most recent one. They take the money from your account, and for whatever reason, it doesnu2019t arrive in the destination account. I called Xoom, and they blamed the other bank. I spoke with the bank and they told me to ask for a Faster Payment Reference number, and of course, Xoom was unable to provide this, yet they kept blaming the other bank. As of now, there is almost $1000 missing from my account for more than 24 hours, and Xoom cannot tell me where my money is u2013 Good job!
