I purchased a SentrySafe home safe from Home Depot. After I locked my valuables in the safe, it broke. SentrySafe customer service attempted to help me unlock the safe, but deemed it broken. They agreed to refund the value of the safe plus the fees I paid to a locksmith who had to break into the safe in order to retrieve my valuables. SentrySafe has not refunded me the money they promised. I have all of this information in writing and have attempted to reach out to SentrySafe numerous times over the past two months – via phone and email. A customer service representative advised that we should have received the refund and he would get back to me within 48 hours. That was weeks ago.
