The seams on the sofa cushions keep coming apart. The company alleges this is a fabric issue, and the warranty expires after a year. We sent this to Thomasville Furniture: In 2015 we purchased our first new furniture from Thomasville. We shopped extensively for a sofa and finally chose Thomasville: first because of the excellent company reputation, and second because of style. We put some money down and financed the rest of the purchase on a Synchrony card that we opened in the Thomasville Kennesaw store. A few months after we owned the sofas, we had the seams come apart on a cushion and contacted customer service. Thomasville sent a tech who came to our home and brought a replacement cushion. This spring we started noticing the seams coming apart on two other cushions (one of them both sides are tearing). Looks like not enough fabric was left when the seam was made. We kept a blanket over the seem to cover it up. We are respectfully requesting that you send us a replacement set or send a tech out to repair the existing cushions. I am enclosing all the documentation.
