On February 27, I put in an order with Upper Deck online. I purchased two sets of extra dividers and a new game. I was having a problem with the website and realized that I had been charged twice (as evident from charges on my card that I could see through my bank) but, according to the site, my order had not gone through. I called customer service immediately and they seemingly fixed the problem. The only thing is, it is now March 9 and my order has not been sent out. I did not yet receive my refund either. I have also been told that it is too late to cancel the order. So, they’ve charged me twice, haven’t sent my order, and won’t let me cancel it. There’s nothing I can do to fix this and the company doesn’t seem to care because they have both my money (twice) and the product I paid for.
